I have a packard bell 1200 plus scanner
For some reason only parts of my document are scanning
I am completely baffled as to why this is suddenly happening
I there a settings option that i may have accidently re-set?
when I can using Microsoft Picture It Photo 7.0 software images/documents
scan on 33% of the zoom rater than actual size -is there a way I can re-set
the magnifying glass to 100% or actual size?

Try uninstalling the scanner and then using the accompanying software, and
reinstall it.
Start>Control Panel>Scanner and cameras (see note)
Note: Make sure the scanner is either plugged in and/or turned on if it has
its own power button.
