Could someone please recommend a HS and quiet fan for an XP 1800 (not overclocked) on an ASUS A7N266 mATX board. To be used in a small business. Mostly MS Office applications. No gaming. I'll spend up to $35.00. I just spent 3 hours researching this and got nowhere. Thanks in advance.

You could try this:
<A HREF="http://www.coolerguys.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=001&Product_Code=CPC-Z6000CU&Category_Code=CPC-AMD" target="_new">http://www.coolerguys.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=001&Product_Code=CPC-Z6000CU&Category_Code=CPC-AMD</A>

Or get a heatsink with a quiet Papst fan.

The Arkua 7528 HSF has a copper core and runs at 4500 RPM (pretty quiet). My XP1800+ idles at about 40C and hits about 48C-50C under heavy gaming load. It's about $22.00 at NewEgg.com.

Well, the Zalman is virtually silent. In fact when it's running I doubt you can hear it unless you move up really close to it. It uses a 92 mm fan (larger size means you can run at less RPM) and a funny system for latching it over the heatsink. The good thing about this system is that it isolates the vibrations of the fan from the rest of the case, so again, further reducing noise. It also comes with a rheostat for changing the fan speed of the included 92mm fan so you can hit that sweet spot of adequate cooling but quiet enough so you can actually think.
