I always suspect seven digit KBs but this one is genuine enough. You might find some of the ribbon options that work with Office 2007/10 quite useful when you get to know them. It's typical of Windows whizzy presentation but some useful functionality.

No, Windows Live Essentials 2011 is an all new version of Windows Live package.

It's stuff like messenger, movie maker, windows live mail etc. Not needed.
