One other question for you fellows today:
I plan to but an In-Win case for a 1.8A clocked to 2.4, and I'm just wondering if the included 300W power supply will give it enough juice to ramp her up? It's going to be a Giga-byte 8IEXP mobo with built on raid, firewire, etc., and as far as other components, It'll just be a maxtor 60gb drive, a burner, a ti4200 64meg card, and either 256 or 512 of PC2100 ram.

What do you guys think?

It depends on the quality of your PSU. If it´s good quality it might run stable enough, but I would recommend a 400W+ PSU for your system, since you´re overclocking. Antec, Enermax or Codegen are all good quality.

Cruiser is right. With a system like that one, it would be wise to go for the best (not necessarily the highest output) PSU you can afford.

It's a part you can't do without, so make sure it's good.

ENERMAX EG465P-VE(FCA). 431W Power supply for AMD K7 & Pentium4. Meet AMD K7 and Intel ATX +12V 1.1 and ATX 2.03 version (Pentium 4 fully support). Ultra cooling design: one 9 cm fan intake heat and one 8 cm fan exhaust heat. FCA function (Fan On/ Off Controlled by M/B & Adjustable), "sleeping mode" . 9cm Thermal Control Fan.
