Hi community!

Can someone pleeaase give me a detailed list and description of CS.

1. What are all the different CS games out there?
2. What are they're system requirements?
3. And what is so special about each?

That's a lot of leg work you're asking for here is some of it.

Counter-Strike (AKA 1.6)
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
Counter-Strike: Source
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive*

You can find system requirements via Steam Store.

CS:GO* is the latest edition and contains improved graphics as its principal advantage (imho). If you are just joining the CS community then just get this edition.

i disagree - out of all of them i still find myself playing source the most due to the established online player base. of course this may change in the future, but considering it's only an extra £5 on steam for the whole package of all 4 games rather than just cs:go, i'd just buy the package.

Its a fair point jpoos ... though 'new player' and 'established community' don't mix so well in certain games.

The reason why I ask is because I want something to LAN at home.
I only have one good gaming PC but allot of other smaller ones.
CS is a relatively low consuming game so I can LAN with all the PC's (maybe not all, that is why i ask for system requirements).
I don't have uncapped, so online will be a no-no for the time being.
The other reason is that you can LAN with only two players (you can add bots to fill the teams), this would not be possible with BF1942 for instance.
