My answer: Use a printer. Easier yet, use a typewriter.
Seriously, have you read the brochure or owners handbook that came
with your printer? You can open your printing application that came with
your printer and click Help>Index>envelopes>display and read on how to
print envelopes.
We have no idea what make/model of printer you have.
