NO...the graphics card is old and low end thesedays...

And the Motherboard is even older...

CPU is good though...

How much are they asking for the machine second hand ??

Yeah i do..but there is no other way..i live in united arab emirates and its to hard to get the parts...too expensive..gtx 680 is for $600 here...

Looking at the machine , and taking into consideration your circumstances...

CPU = GOOD

Motherboard = OK

Graphics card = AWFUL

So to play games well on that machine, you NEED to do one thing.... CHANGE THE GRAPHICS CARD....so find a better card from somewhere...maybe seond hand...that will improve your games DRASTICALLY FOR THE BETTER...
