Old game, name forgotten

forgot name of old console game, it starts with Japanese letters ( i think coz they are written vertically)
the character used to punch various types of dinosaurs (when punching, a bag like thing will come out of his hand that will make dinausars small t, keep punching till disappear)..there was a level on the ground, in jungle etc...you could even climb up a flying dinosaurs etc...any one remember?
