Quiet fan for an AXP 1500+?

Can anyone recommend a very very quiet fan for my Athlon XP 1500+? The stock fan is just too loud and it also gives off a little too much heat to make my room very hot. I want the fan to cool my CPU with a budget in mind. Help is appreciated thanx!
