under windows xp I can no longer get a "custom paper size" option like I am
able to do under windows98 and ME versions. Is it the printer driver of the
OS that's doing this----

Go to the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes...
From the Toolbar select File, then Server Properties.... it's the first
tab... Forms.

Great-- that does it, now can you tell me how to delet the page sizes we
never use (japanese and HUGE Engineering etc)?
