HI, Ok have u seen the video Toms hardware made? If not I will attach the link so u can download it. Also if u would like reviews on that watercooling system just do a search for "innovatech watercooling reviews" and should pull up plenty for you to research. Also here is a link for seeing what the innovatech kits have in them and also purchasing one. To answer your main question yes they come with a video card block(actual block is interchangable with Northbridge) but if u want a Northbridge u have to order and additional block that isnt included. If u were to purchase an entire kit with an extra block would cost you $349.36 and thats with ship. Here are the links.

The Innovatek comes in two flavors. The only difference is the quality of the CPU water block. The one with the higher quality water block is $249. The one with the lower quality water block is $200. They do not come with any other water blocks. To cool your graphics card you need to buy an additional $36 chipset water block. Remember shipping hasn't even been calculated yet. In the end this will set you back at least $300 if you go for the high quality one.

I'm sure it works well--but you must make sure you get antifreeze, water wetter, and pure distilled water. You must also check water levels regularly to make sure they haven't sunk too low, and clear out air bubbles when you first use it.
