Sleeping dogs not running

Hiii guys need some help
I have install Sleeping Dogs Game And copy and replace all the files from skidrow folder to game directory But is not running When i click on HKship.exe or launcher ,nothing happens on task bar its shows for some time in process menu then go off....
help....
