Was getting great frames on high settings (at least 80 - 90 solid) in bf3 with g

Hey guys I am wondering if anyone can help me, as the title says i was getting amazing frames on my gtx 570, 8gb of ram and my intel i5 2320 sandy bridge (or a processor along those lines) but after this armoured kill dlc update i am only getting 40 odd fps on low also I have not brought any of the dlc after b2k. So what I was wondering is that if anyone can tell me if the sys req have gone up or anything like that or just if someone can tell me what i am doing wrong.
p.s i have the most recent driver for my 570

EDIT: it is actually a Intel i5 2400 sandy bridge

Probably higher sys requirements for the dlc, that is if your frame rate is only worse on the armored kill maps. For sure b2k was more system intensive than base game. I got 120 fps avg with dips to 80 on base game maps, on b2k I get avg of 100 and dips down to 60 with my two 7970s, if armored kill is even more intense then that...wow.

EDIT: Just realized you said 40 fps on LOW?? Ok that sounds like something wrong. What rez are you at and is every setting on low?

check your cpu usage... if its hitting 100% then thats your problem.

i have already done that and was not even hitting 75% also i am not getting past 64 degrees

And is GPU usage at 100%? If so then AK is just a lot more intensive than basebame and b2k (wouldn't surprise me).

EDIT: Ignore that, I just got armored kill and i havent dipped below 65 fps once even looking out across Bandar Desert

yeah my monitor displays at 1440 x 900 so im running on that but everything is on low. I also believe that i should be able to get at least solid 60 fps on medium and with 40 fps on low it is unplayable.

Hmm try repair install?
