I can't install Sims 3 generations?

When i open auto run or try to manually open self extracting archive it install till part 09 and at part 10 it give error what should i do?

What archive?

If it's steam version you've bought, just wait for it to download and then you can press play.

If it's retail version, just insert the disc, install the game and double click on the icon on your desktop.

You don't need to extract any archives.

Well i got it in DVD in which it was in rar files and rar files was in parts so again what should i do?
