Specs question...

MOBO: ASUS Maximus V Gene
CPU: i7 2700k
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 660 Ti Phantom
Cooler Master GX Lite - 700W

I was wondering, will these parts all be compatible? I would also like some suggestions, if there's a better CPU for example... I'm not sure if all of these parts are compatible to eachother, if you do know please tell me, before I even start ordering the parts. (I have 3 months on me :3)

what are you going to use it for?

i'd suggest a Z77 board, 3570k, and a 670, the money might balance out. the maximus V gene, could be reduced to a more normal board happily.
