Can i play GTA4 on my laptop?

Hi, i just wanted to know if i can play GTA4 on my laptop and if so, how because it runs slow and i can only see people and cars.

You didn't list a graphics card so I am assuming you have integrated graphics. Current integrated graphics chips really aren't sufficient to run GTA IV, let alone one from several years ago. Your hardware just isn't up to running the game, period. If you want to play GTA IV on the go, you'll need a new laptop, and a rather high priced one at that. There is no budget laptop that can run GTA IV well.
