I've been trying to get this figured out since I got DSL
connected a few days ago. The problem is I can't DCC send in
IRC, play (at least one) online games, etc. Nor act as an FTP
server - which I also tried.

Is there a comprehensive resource for the sort of firmware
settings that come with DSL modems. The features on mine are
nowhere near fully documented, and I might just be missing
something simple. Currently, I'm sure I've got port-forwarding
set up right (on the modem with IRC ports to match). I also
tried enabling a DMZ to my machine but that didn't work
either.

I'm under the impression that if that doesn't work, then what
will? Hence I figure I need some detailed information for how
I might solve the problem.

My router is a Lectron AR800C2-A:

The firmware settings (set via http://10.0.0.2) have the
Conexant logo showing.

Thanks for any help!
