Print Jobs Pause for no apparent reason

Client: WinXP-PRO-SP2
Printing from IE, Outlook and Word 2003
Current with all patches

Server: Win2k-SP4. Print Queue setup in this server


I have a user that whenever she prints to any printers , her Jobs pause.
Does not happen with any other user. She does not have the PAUSE option
checked in her machine. I also tested it using Terminal Server without
Roaming profiles and has the same issue. I added her to the security tab
and gave her full rights to the printer. Deleted the printer from her
machine and re-added it. But still have same problem.

Can somebody give me some hints. Other things I should be doing to
troubleshoot problem??

I have seen this problem happen when someone is printing from a 16 bit
program such as originally used under Windows 3.1.
