What are your top 10 Fighting Games?

6. King of Fighters XIII

Honorable Mention: Samurai Shodown 2

This was a really hard list for me. It's listed primarily in terms of my own opinion relating to each title's posterity as much as my own enjoyment of each title. If I'd listed strictly on which two games I'd had the most fun with over the years, Third Strike and Vampire Savior 2 would be far ahead of every other game on the list. I decided not to limit myself to one game per franchise. If I had, it would look quite a bit different, but sorry Killer Instinct fans, KI still wouldn't be on my list even in that case. That game was lame

As a bonus, I'll add three of my favorite fighting game stage tunes, but I won't include any Guilty Gear stages since they are all incredibly badass and too hard to rank against each other, and avoiding Guile theme because of internet meme status although it is probably the greatest of all time. None the less:
