Internet Explorer Freezes

Hi,

I am working as a Techical Support Executive for HP All-in-Ones.
Recently, I heard about an issue that Internet Explorer freezes when
PSC 1210 All-in-One software installed on the computer. However,
Mozilla is working fine on the same computer. If the drivers of the
All-in-One are uninstalled then Internet Explorer is working great.

Are there any conflicts with IE and HP All-in-One software? I couldn't
find any information (solutions) on this issue.

No issues at all with the PSC 1210 All-in-One I'm using.
Make sure to install the latest software:
