canon i250 problem...pls help me

i have a canon i250 ..my problem is that the vertical lines in tables
(word ,acrobat reader) are printed bad,,the horizonatl line...are
printed good...the flaw is repeting it self similar...and the
caracters are printed like italic...not all..but the italic is not
selected...if a select another colour for the one border of the
table..te line is straight..including the remainig black ones..so..my
problem is only with black colour..
what should i do?
and another question..if i mixed the colours in the cartridge..cand i
open it and wash it( this was no connection to my problem with the
black colour..this happend after )

is the printhead dirty?

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes. Right click on the
i250 and select Properties.

From the Maintenance Tab, run a Print Head Alignment and Nozzle Check.

If it is still printing strangely, contact Canon.
