What mobo/ram would I need?? Specifics

To make a p4 3.0 machine. I have a Koolance case with water cooling all ready to go. I just need to know, will the P4S533 asus board work with some samsung pc2700 ram? Will that hit 3.0 off a 2.0a northwood chip? Need some input, thanks.

I don't think you'll get 3.0GHz out of a 2.0a without a Vapochill cooler or somthing even more powerfull.
