Can a Samsung SCH-A460 CDMA phone be converted to use with Cingular?

If so, how is it done? Will Cingular do it if I sign up for service?

Note the analog 800 Mhz could be used with Cingular but they do not
activate analog only phones. Have you looked at Verizon they maybe an
option.

Impossible. Sprint uses CDMA technology and cingular uses either TDMA
or GSM. Can't do it.
