Bandicam - While recording, 4FPS?!

My friend has a laptop that has integraded graphics and while he records with bandicam, he only gets 4 FPS. He usually gets 30 FPS on low settings at 1366 x 768! Can anyone recommend a PC recording software that is free, not easyvid or bandicam, and will give him a playable framerate? Thanks a lot! ![:D]( ":D")
