BEST BUDGET VIDEOCARD?

I am on a pretty strict budget at the moment, and I want to know what you guys believe to be the BEST video card for 200-250 dollars. No more than that though. When I say the best I mean, the FPS. Thats about all I care about. I'm not worried about the little bits and bobs that come with certain products. I just want results. I should be compatible with just about everything out there. so don't worry about that. THANKS

you should probably go with an 7870 or gtx 660.
i prefer the 7870 over 660 because it have more shaders, so you FPS should be higher.

^ you cannot compare amount of shaders.

@OP: It really depends on the game you play. Check this review out and you'll see which card between HD 7870 or GTX 660 is better for you. They trade blows.
