Hi
Just wondering what to do about this problem.
I have a asus p4t533-c and a P4 2.0Ghz Northwood
Along with 512mb PC800 rd-ram

Approx a week after i got the system i overclocked it to
2,67GHz Using 133/33 FSB. and 1.65 Vcore
Everything ran PERFECT! was able to run cpu crunshers
all night, and 3dmark. Playing UT2003 for hours without even a burp.
http://www.alcoholics.dk/ev/wcpuid.jpg
(temp was 38 idle and 48 / 49 under full load)
That what it looked like.

But when after installing the new game Mafia it locked up once i thought it was something with the game. Turned off
the computer and went to bed, next day it woulndt post
and gave me the voice into "system fail due to cpu over-clocking"
WTF i think, it cant just change its mind!? it was running so perfect??
Could it be stored anywhere that it once crashed using that setting, or wtf is this? Im getting pretty annoyed here, cant be true it refuses to reclock at that speed it was soooo sweet! :(

(btw: the system works flawless in the default setting, 2,0GHz ??)

But something odd had come up.. the freq. 2667Mhz
has come up where i select the CPU speed
before this it could be set to "manual" and "2000"
now its Manual, 2000 and 2667 ??
How can it store this info?
iwe tried to reset the cmos it reset the clock, dunno if
i should reset it somewhere else?

Please help

Regards kim
