greetings.
currently using freesco on old 486s for several small installations,
but lately someone has been running bittorrent(?), causing serious
performance problems for everyone else.
rather than implement an outright ban on p2p, i'd like to limit her
bandwidth.
being a relative novice, i'd rather not try to build a firewall from a
redhat distribution.
is there a relatively idiot-proof floppy-based fw distribution that
does bandwidth allocation? any decent tutorials on htb?
