Overclocking a Dell?

I want to overclock my brand new Dell Dimension 8200 2.8Ghz, but I am completely unfamiliar with the motherboard. The bios is a Dell bios with extremely limited settings. I was thinking that I may be able to get around the dell bios limitations by flashing it. Anyone have any ideas?

Flashing it with what? Doesn't Dell still get their boards from Intel?

I was just wondering if I could either get rid of the dell bios and replace it with another one by flashing it, or if there is another way to change the motherboard settings. There are very few jumpers on the board and I don't know what they're for.

No. You could try soft overclocking, I have a couple programs at http://www.crashman.dns2go.com.
