Your CPU is fine, graphics card is very poor, maybe, just maybe you might be able to run VERY old games (CoD 2, MoH AA)

No way are going to be able to run anything half-decent with that graphics card, its rubbish for gaming, grab a new one.

The PSU is probably very suspect as well, so you will likely need a new one for most any graphic card you will upgrade to.

well,thou never recommended the gt 610 will run games like bf4,ac4 on low preset at around 20 fps.
i have your same specs,but i do have a core i5 3450 :d
