Built comp screen goes black while playing...

I built this computer in May (2012), here are the specs..

The computer is hooked up to a Antec 1100, and monitor is a like 20" Vizio connnected via HDMI.
I have downloaded all the latest drivers and run a Tuner GPZ? log to watch temps and such. Nothing really stands out. The only thing I can think of is it might be a RAM or GPU problem.

I'll be playing a game, usually on steam, sometimes not. The time varies, sometimes I can play for hours and then it wil happen. Other times, it will happen within 15mins. Just last night I got the "blue screen of death" twice for unknown reasons. I'm just trying to find out whats wrong while I still have some warranty's.

Any and all help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

My games vary from Dead Island, DayZ, Civ 5...I don't know if that matters or not.

I suggest you try a driver update then run Memtest then check you temps while running OCCT 1st the CPU test then the GPU test.
Did this always happen or has it just started and is anything overclocked?
