Minecraft MOD FPS Problems on Good Comp

I am getting 15- 45 frames on Minecraft when I used to get 200-250 frames. It started after I installed the Too Many Items Mod and it made my frames DROP LIKE HELL so I uninstalled it by deleting my bin folder and started fresh but the low frames were still there. I tryed setting my settings to low. I tryed restarting my computer and deleting everything. Please help me!!!

Open up minecraft. Click the options button above the login button. Click Force update. This will get rid of any trace of the mod. Once you have done that, see what your frame rates are. If they have returned then think about using Not Enough Items. If frame rates are still a problem then try installing Optifine. On some computers it can double fps.

I already fixed it. Turns out I wasn't running my comp on gaming mode and it was on save power mode.
