The left ear cup on my headphones broke. How do I fix it?

The left ear cup on my headphones went out. I want to fix it and do not wish to waste any money on a new pair. I can hear just fine through the right ear cup, but the left one is completely silent. I want to know how I can fix it and still have the same pair of headphones. Please help, and thank you in advance.

I think the earphone is broken, did you purchase it online? If so, it may be destroyed in the long transacton on the way.
