Coolermaster HHC-L61 compatible with Epox 8K3A???

Does anyone know if this HsF (HHC-L61) is compatible with the Epox 8K3A? I ask because the Northbridge Heatsink, on the mobo, is a little close to the Cpu socket and the Heatpipes from the HsF maybe a little wide for the HsF to fit flushly onto the CPU.

Can someone help me ?

i believe it is, just. (saw a picture) in anycase the northbridge heatsink is removable, so u can move it a little out the way.
