XP Pro problems printing to a local printer on a domain

Using and XP Pro PC I cannot print to a local printer as the user. Logged
into the machine it prints and it will let me print as admin on the domain
but as soon as you log onto the domain as the user, it will not let me print.
No error message just sends the print job tot he device which acts like it
accepted the job. Check the print queue and its gone.

Using regedt I've given the user express permissions to all printer folders
and print spooling but they still cannot print.

The printer is shared and users CAN print to it across the network.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
