if yellow wire cut ??!!

well ,, i don't care about noise ,, but i neet the maximum r.p.m of my cooler .. if i cut the yellow wire (speed control wire) ,will my coller run at maximum speed ???

At least in my knowledge, the yellow wire is to monitor the rpm and not to increase/reduce the speed of the fan.

Anyway, what fan do you have and what rpm is running at?
