Commandline For Gta IV

I Have a Laptop with intel hd graphic....while playing gta iv the graphic memory is shown 64mb.... I found out that u can increase it by using a commandline which i am not able to find anywhere..... If you find it pls post it in this fourm....
I can play me3,mw3 crysis2 smoothly in low settings!

I doubt you can play any games with that amount of RAM, how much system RAM have you got?

here are my specs...............

intel i3 370m 2.4GHz
4gb ram
intel hd graphics
i have about 1.7gb of vram dedicated for gaming.....tats y i am able to play mw3 me3 in lowest settings
