OfficeJet 6110 wont scan

Did the Windows update on 7-13-05 and after that I have lost all twain
ability with all my programs. Nothing will alow me to use the scanner
anylonger.

I uninstalled the printer, installed again, called the software companies
and they blame windows on its service packs.

if you can help please I need this scanner I use it to create adobe files
