When trying to uninstall the Canon Multipass Suite 4.0 through
Add/Remove, I get an error message "Error extracting support files: The
parameter is incorrect".
What does this mean and how do I resolve it?

Thanks!
Paula

Try to reinstall and then uninstall.

If that doesn't work, look for an uninstall utility from the Canon website.
