Thanks for the reply. To be honest with you, the GPRS modem I'm having
problems with is one which my company is designing. It is based on a
chipset from TI. As said earlier, it works fine with Symantec and
MightyFax but not with Microsoft Fax. Have contacted TI for help but
doubt they can do much so I am trying my luck here :)
