i believe it was RTS there was 3 different races. European,Asian, i dont know the last one but some of the units u can buy/create was dragon,archer,spies,pikemen,horsemen,boats on certain maps

anyone have any idea?

Heroes of might and magic 3 sound similar, but it's not RTS, but turn based strategy.

You'll need a lot more detail than that. That sounds like most RTSs already.

Actually i didn't play it just did a quick search on net

And i think age of empires doesn't have dragons......
