The only thing that is odd is your choice of motherboard. The B75 is a business class chipset. I'm not sure of any limitations it may have. Most would go for H77 (or Z77 if overclocking ... which you aren't with that CPU).

I don't think that OS is an OS... and yeah, posting links is semi-helpful, would be better to specify the name of the hardware too so readers don't have to follow a bunch of links just to see what you're buying. I'd recommend GTX660 graphics over the Radeon, just for quality. I used to use Radeon graphics a while ago, since then I've used nVidia hardware exclusively up until my current card. I figured that AMD might have sorted it out by now - big mistake. Last Radeon I'll buy.

On the subject of brands, I've had several Western Digital hard disks die on me, so I don't buy them any more. I'd stick with Seagate and Samsung. This being said, everybody on these forums will have a horror story about every HDD manufacturer so you're always gonna be rolling the dice with a hard disk purchase. And the RAM would be better with a CAS latency of 8 (or even 7 if you're feeling spendy). CAS9 (also abbreviated CL9) is fine, but CL8 or CL7 is better quality.

And I'd second what was said about a Z77 motherboard - these can be dead cheap if you don't need a board with SLI upgradability. Generally solid choices though - quality PSU brand and a good CPU choice.
