I am playing multiple games on the computer and the ping is to high!

im playing crysis 2, A.V.A, guild wars 2(not a concern), and more but the ping is usually 200 or above. I have tried restarting my router, it didn't help. Any advice for lowering it?

Well there is little much to do for that it's either the server your playing in is far away or your Internet provider is not really that good.
