Weird shadows on xbox 360 s with the VGA cable

Hello, I've had my xbox hooked up to my pc monitor for a while now(acer v223h) but ever since i started it there has been this weird shadow behind everything, what i mean is say it says "play halo 3" it will have a the same text just slightly faded to the right and it repeats and the it fades a way.

It's called ghosting and is caused by crosstalk between poorly/non shielded cables. Replace your vga cable.
