open search printer dialog box without clicking start butt..

Hi,
is it possible to open the search printer dialog box in windows XP without
clicking first on Start button then search and then search for printers
etc....

The scenario is that I want to open the printer search dialog box from a
corporate printer admin application that I am building to search e.g. search
for a printer or a group of printers in a AD. Even better where if it was
possible also to pass search arguments when opening that dialog.

does anyone know if that is possible?
