Sound is not coming in resident evil 5 pc game after I sign in

Plz help me... I recently installed resident evil 5 on my hp laptop but sound is not coming every when I sign into into my profile before or u have not sign in sound is coming.. I am running game at direct x9 version on windows 7 home basic genuine window . I have also tried after disable by firewall and antivirus security but still condition is same...plzz ans this as soon as possible thank you..
