Changing the default Print size

I am trying to set up remote printers to print documents from an application
via a Citrix connection to 14 inch paper instead of the default 11". I need
to do this remotely to about 600 locations. The pcs are locked down and the
users will not be able to change the paper size from the file/Print setup
menu. I am running Win2k on servers & 2k & XP on clients

Is there a way to use printui.dll to do this? Any other ideas?
