OC advise for 1.2 TBird

Hi! I'm new to the forums here though I've been a visitor to the site quite often. I was reading an old article here about overclocking the Tbird by boosting the core voltage in the BIOS. The article said that the Tbird should only have it's core voltage boosted by 0.15 above spec. My CPU is on an ASUS A7V133 MB with a VIA VT8363A chipset. The core voltage showing in the BIOS is 1.5 (if I'm remembering correctly). The article decribed boosting the voltage to 1.85 but this would be much higher than the 0.15 limit.
I have never tried overclocking my CPU before and would like to know what I could be getting into.
