we have windows 2000 server with all our clients using winxp pro. all updated.

we use a HP8550N printer. printer driver installed on the server & all
clients print via the server.

recently we have noticed that whoever gives a print job the owner of the
print job is "user-1"...no matter who gives the print job, the owner appears
as "user-1"

is this because of a virus? or printer driver problem

pls advice
