Help. Our complete system shuts off and reboots when printing photos on our
Canon S820. Usually on the third photo it happens. System says:
Event Source: Save Dump
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a
(0x00000016, 0x0000001c, 0x00000000, 0x804e1745). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini072405-01.dmp.

Hi Cari:
It's a Gateway PC. CMOS battery was low so we changed it, and the system
checked out alright. Updated the Canon printer with drivers for XP. System
reboots also when scanning photos.

I kind of get "lost" when it comes to searching for the Knowledge Base and
the code parameters. The link is great though, thanks. I'll try and find my
way around.

Try updating your graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's website.
