printing from computer to Epsonr300

When i print from my computer to printer the pictures are ejected.
I have been onto Epson but they have run out of ideas.
The printer works OK when printing from memory cards and on other computers.
I have tried reinstalling many times. new leads, different USB ports.
different folder called ESPOOL, tried printing with no background programms
runing from startup.
MESH suggested I "Restore all windows operating system files" using F10 but
this will not allow me to get into Mesh restore! I have reformated my
computer so this may account for this.(the print problem was the same before
the reinsall).
Can any one help please I'm on a cliff edge.
Maybe reinsalling windows operating system files would work if I new how ?

If you go to Start, Run and type

sfc /scannow
(and hit enter)

It will check the windows systems files and replace any that may have been
overwritten. SFC = System File Check. There is a space between teh c and
the /

I checked the system files but that unfortunately didn't solve the problem.

Try one more uninstall and reinstall of the printer...
